Q. What is TheTeams.Info?

A. TheTeams.Info is design for coaches by coaches. The system allows you, the coach or manager, to professionally manage your team's activities, players, assets and finances online. It's easy and fun to use. No technical knowledge is needed and we offer 24/7 support via email if you get stuck.

Q. Can I try TheTeams.Info?

A. Yes you can. We offer you a 30 day free trail of TheTeams.Info before you sign up!

Q. How does the trial work?

A. If you cancel your trial within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation (such as payments for SMS, Emails or other services). We don't refund you after your 30 day trail period is up and we charge per month and not per day.

Q. Is this a long-term commitment? Can we pay a year in advance?

TheTeams.Info is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Q. How do I pay?

It's really easy: you pay online. We've installed a billing system so that every month, you get an email informing you that you need to pay. This email will include an itemised bill of all your expenditures for that month. You then pay online through your dashboard.

Q. How long do i have to pay?

You have fourteen (14) days to pay your monthly bill. If, for any reason, you don't pay within this time, we will suspend your account until you do. (Other charges may be applied for late payments.)

Q. What plan should i go for?

A. As you may have read, TheTeams.Info isn't just for football teams. We provide for football, rugby, hockey, basketball and cricket teams. When it comes to deciding what's best for you, evaluate your teams' size, needs and future plans. Our most popular packages are the Plus and Premium packages. If you're running a full sports club, then the Max plan is for you, whereas if you're running a Sunday football team, the Basic package is for you.

Q. Why charge?

A. The only way TheTeams.Info can evolve and offer these services is through payment. Huge amounts of investment has gone into making the system what it is and offering these great services. We've kept to our word of making the system ad-free and fully accessible to those with imparities. We also listen to our customers and users, and we're always looking for new and innovative ways to make the service better for you

Q. Can I change plans at any time?

Yep and it's really easy. Simply click on the "account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options. Plus, we'll never hit you up with a "set-up" or extra "one-time" fee when you upgrade.

Q. What if there is a missing service or feature?

Just tell us. We're more than happy to hear feedback on the service we provide. Most of the time, all suggestions are implemented and set up within a week. So depending on your current working habits, TheTeams.Info can evolve and adapt to meet your needs.
